How to order ?

Get your sequencing Labels
You can add funds to your SMARTLife Biosciences wallet to pay for all our sequencing and oligonucleotide synthesis services.
You can either:
- Order dedicated labels directly, and the corresponding amount will be credited to your wallet — the labels will then be sent to you.
- Use floating labels available in your institute’s drop boxes, as long as you have a balance in your wallet.

Choose your Sequencing Service
To place a sequencing order, click on Quick Order.
Select the sequencing service you need and add the number of samples to your cart.
Prepare your samples according to the guidelines provided for each service.

Complete the SMART Form online
You can fill in the form automatically by selecting a batch ID or manually using the drop-down menu to choose your labels.
Then, enter the sample names, type, concentration, and expected length. Optionally, assign a reference sequence for each sample and add any comments.
Click Submit to validate your sample sheet, then Proceed to Checkout to complete your order.

Order with you SMART wallet
Check your billing and shipping information and pay with your wallet or by purchase order.

Put your samples in the SMART Box
Place your samples in the Smart Box. Scan the QR code on the box — specific to your institute — to notify us automatically that samples are ready for collection.
All practical information about our services is printed on the sides of the box. Inside, you’ll find empty transport boxes in the lower section; place your samples to be collected in the upper section for easy pick-up.
Inside you can also find floating labels (non-prepaid) that can be used to place an online sequencing order using your SMARTWallet credits. You can also pay for your sequencing with a purchase order attached to your online request.
