Description
You provide us with your purified DNA in 96 wells plate and with your sequencing primers in a mirror plate according to below requirements for each reaction. In case you’re sending your sequencing primer for 96 reactions, please include 96 x 3 uL = 300 uL of primer at 10 pM in separate Eppendorf tube.
