- Metabarcoding 16S full Length : 16S full-length metabarcode sequencing Long-Read technology enhances microbial community profiling, providing deeper insights into microbial ecology with greater efficiency and flexibility. The 16S rRNA gene is a highly conserved marker, commonly used to identify and classify bacteria in environmental samples. With Oxford Nanopore Technology, we can obtain long-read sequences, allowing for the full-length amplification of the 16S gene, rather than relying on short-read methods. This provides several key benefits:
